Love Capital ("we", "our", or "the app") is a relationship app for couples. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile application.

• Account information: Your name, nickname, emoji avatar, and optionally your birth date, which you provide during onboarding.
• Couple data: Information related to your couple activities, including bets, challenges, rewards, penalties, wishlists, and game history.
• Photos: Images you upload for your profile avatar, couple album, or penalty evidence. These are stored securely in Firebase Storage.
• Device information: Push notification tokens (Expo Push tokens) to deliver notifications about partner actions.
• Usage data: Basic app interaction data to improve the experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the app's features, including syncing couple data between partners in real time.
• Send push notifications about partner actions (bets, challenges, game invitations, etc.).
• Store and display your profile and couple activity history.
• Improve the app experience and fix bugs.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore for structured data, Firebase Storage for images). Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

Your couple data is shared only with your linked partner within the app. We may use third-party services (Firebase, Expo) for infrastructure purposes, and these providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained as long as you use the app. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at the email address below. Upon account deletion, all personal data, couple data, and uploaded photos will be permanently removed from our systems.

6. Children's Privacy

Love Capital is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent for push notifications at any time through your device settings.
